Before you submit us a ticket please check the folowing to see if these help How Do I Cancel My Pro Surfer / Premium Membership Subscription? To cancel your pro or premium membership you need to visit the Paypal/Safepay or AlertPay website and cancel your subscription there. Otherwise they will continue to send us payments for the membership and our system will automatically extend your pro / premium membership. The easy way to do this at PayPal is click on the last payment you sent us and look for the link saying payment in reference to subscription, clicking that will bring up the subscription page and at the bottom you should find a cancel subscription link. How Do I Remove My Account? If for some reason you no longer want to hold an account with us you can remove yourself by logging in and clicking delete account. This is the only way to be removed. You will need to enter your password to confirm removal. You will also need to login manually to your Safepay or Paypal account and cancel any subscriptions you may have with us as we can not do this and Paypal or Safepay will keep sending us the money. Please not once your account has been processed for that month we are unable to refund any monies so do not forget to cancel that subscription should you delete your account.
